Questions:

When do I have to pay for your services?

50 % in advance – before your arrival, as a confirmation and reservation of selected dates. This is also the amount which you won’t receive back, in case you cancel your trip. Other 50 % will be charged later, after your order is delivered (when you receive ordered photo & video content).

How do I get photo and video content?

Content will be send through WeTransfer web platform (or some similar service), on the provided e-mail address. You will receive a link for downloading and saving content into your device. You can also bring your own external disk with you, in that case I can save content there, and send it back later, to your home address.

When do I receive photos and videos?

Postproduction takes a lot of time. So, depends of our itinerary. I will try to edit your photos first (maybe some of them during your stay in Slovenia), and then the video. You will get everything latest 15 days after our session.

How much time do we need for photo and video session?

Depends on your preferences, schedule, time and activities. If you are planning a longer trip, I can join you and we take photos while exploring on the way. If you want more privacy, we can meet on the agreed spot, do the photoshoot there for the agreed hours, and then I will let you explore on your own. I will be happy to assist you, when needed.
